Helping Children Thrive—One Weekend Meal at a Time

Thousands of Metro Atlanta children rely on free or reduced-price meals during the school week, but when the weekend comes, many  enough Backpack Buddies of Metro Atlanta helps close this gap by providing nutritious weekend meal bags to food-insecure students.

 

Every Friday, more than 2,500 children receive food they can count on, thanks to strong community partnerships and a highly efficient food procurement and distribution model.
